What happens if I run out of checks?

If your Checks balance gets down to zero (either because you've used them up, or because your subscription payment failed), then all your scheduled captures will automatically stop running. When your balance becomes positive, all your active captures will automatically start running again.

How can I move to AlertBits from another service?

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to provide an onboarding service where, for a fee, we'll import all your existing captures and URLs into AlertBits for you; so you'll have everything in one place! Email us at hi@alertbits.com for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course, you're free to cancel your subscription at any time. There's no hard commitment. You can also upgrade/downgrade your subscription plan as needed, all from your account.
